Service Technician

As a W.W. Fairbairn & Sons Service Technician you will;

Perform preventative maintenance on all aspects of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems and equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance on all plumbing appliances and fixtures.

Inspect, diagnose, and perform HVAC repairs on equipment and replacements.

Inspect, diagnose, and perform plumbing repairs on plumbing fixtures, appliances, and equipment.

Replace old heating or cooling systems with new.

Replace old plumbing fixtures or systems with new.

Respond to emergency maintenance and repair requests after hours if needed (Rotation Schedule) and be paid double time.

Be provided with a company vehicle, iPad, and have cellular benefits.

Interact daily with homeowners, business owners, contractors, maintenance workers, business employees, etc. during service calls.

 

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
• 5 years of experience in the field is required
• NATE and EPA certifications are a plus
• Ability to read HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle a physical workload
• Good communication skills, friendly, and approachable (due to customer relations)
• Some plumbing experience is not required, but advantageous to this position
